Lucas loves to play. He doesn't care what toy you give him or where he is, he loves to play. This week Gram was visiting from PA. Lucas enjoyed having someone else to play with and loved showing off all his toys and how he could make them work.
Lucas hates being on his belly. He would love it if he could crawl but will just not even try to learn. We can keep him on his belly for a short period of time if we all clap and cheer for him. Eventually he gets tired of the clapping and cheering and screams until someone sits him up. Oh well...maybe next week.
The weather was beautiful this weekend so we decided it was the perfect time for Lucas to try out his new wheels. For Christmas, Lucas received a buggy from his Aunt Megan, Uncle Gordan, and cousins Emmary and Elli. First we tried it out in the house to see how he would do. He loved it! It was all we could do to keep him in his seat he was so excited. After walking around the house, we took him outside. He loves to hold onto the steering wheel but hasn't figured out the horn yet. He gets excited and leans forward pressing the horn with his belly by accident and that cracks him up.
