Look what I can do now!

It seems like Lucas learns something new every day. We have been trying to get him to hold his own bottle. Every night we would put his hands on the bottle and every night he would just hit the bottle, often causing it to spill. One night, I was getting him to finish his bed time bottle and said, you just need to hold this for me. He grabbed the bottle and looked at me as if to say, is this right? Of course that was the only night he held his own bottle. Lucas is learning to stand. He refuses to lay on his belly and learn to crawl. He will roll onto his belly then scream because he doesn't want to be on his belly. He would much rather stand. He is learning to grab his play table and pull himself up. Sometimes he gets so excited that he falls over. He here is standing and playing...with dad right behind just in case.

Lucas loves to bang things together. He doesn't even care if they make noise, he just loves to bank them together. His new favorite bath time game is to pick up the cup (when they are full of water) and bang them together. Sometimes he has one in his mouth while he hits it with the other one. If he only has one toy, he has learned to bang himself in the head. Although, I think that is just to make mom or dad run to get another toy for him.
